I was gifted a special Playshop class with Feather centered around Sacred Tree wisdom for my birthday (best gift ever!). The Havening session felt quite miraculous–I focused on a phobia that had crept into my midlife that has been holding me back and causing many self-doubts. The session was Alot of Fun, which is key for me, and I felt very safe and could feel my brain rewiring. I have had many years of craniosacral work, and have practiced Tapping/EFT and affirmations.
